Demi Lovato, Sofia Vergara And More Sign On To Katie Couric's New Talk Show Aug 30th 2012, 16:02 Demi Lovato, Sofia Vergara (“Modern Family”) and a list of other high-profile celebrities have signed on to be guests on Katie Couric’s brand new talk show. The show is called “Katie” and it will premiere on September 10, 2012. In the first episode of the show Jessica Simpson will be doing her first on-air interview since giving birth to her daughter Maxwell. Sheryl Crow will also be on the show since she wrote the theme song for the new talk show. Other stars set to appear on “Katie” include: Jennifer Lopez Barbra Streisand Heidi Klum Susan Sarandon Chelsea Handler Wendy Williams Does this sound like a show you’ll be tuning in for?
