Modern Family Stars Join Vergara To "Stand Up to Cancer" (@SofiaVergara) Sep 8th 2012, 23:57 Sofia Vergara revealed that she had survived cancer on the 7th September on the "Stand Up to Cancer" TV show which helped to raise money for people who are suffering with cancer. Some of her Modern Family co – stars helped aswell, as Ty Burrell and Eric Stonestreet manned the telephone donation lines that had live microphones so TV viewers could hear their favorite TV personalities take they pledge to fight cancer.
