Afternoon eye candy: HMOTB of the week: Ross Harding (29 photos) Sep 4th 2012, 19:30 Berries! Megan and I had the pleasure of meeting this fellow Hoosier at the Chicago meet up last year. He was a total blast and has been featured a bunch on the site. He smiles with his eyes and has a sweet demeanor. As always, I'll let him take it from here... Hello, I am Ross. A big part of who I am comes from those around me. I feel strongly that you need to be around people who encourage you to think, laugh, and grow in a positive manor. I live in Indiana. I like it here. I like the change of seasons. Each season brings new things to do. I like doing activities that interest me, or help others. I like to learn new things. The best way for me to learn is by doing, so this creates an active lifestyle. Currently I work in telecommunications. I've always been attracted to multi-media, and it is what I went to school for. However, lately I have found a lack of fulfillment in it. After College I was a 7th grade football and softball coach. I found pleasure in thinking something I taught could last a lifetime. Recently, I have become a beekeeper. I love it. I also like to garden and cook. Running started as a way to manage my feelings after a break-up, and has since become a large part of my life. I also do public speaking, volunteer work, yoga, dance, and club sports. I love traveling and the outdoors. I'm also into sustainable living. A few days ago I made ginger ale. I'm currently fermenting some hard cider and honey mead. I keep adding new hobbies and each brings new people into my life that I am truly grateful for. I look forward to meeting the one I will spend the rest of my life with. Who knows, maybe she'll be a Berry Girl. Thank you for the time. Keep Calm and Berry On. Respectfully, Ross | |
